School Administrator

More About Me

Janet Hodson

Welcome to Good Shepherd Christian Academy! Janet Hodson graduated from Church Leadership Institute in February of 2008 with a Diploma in Pastoral Studies. She received her Certificate of License in Indiana to preach the Gospel, perform marriages, administer the Sacraments, and to direct the other functions of the Ministry in February of 2010. Janet has been the Administrator of Good Shepherd Christian Academy since April of 2008.

GSCA desires for students to grow "in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man" ( Luke 2:52) as Jesus did. This implies we must partner with the home and church to train students to guard their hearts from sin and instead model through their speech, actions, and attitudes a godly lifestyle. The Administration of GSCA believes that the full potential of academic excellence can be accomplished only where faculty leadership is strong, discipline is firm but fair, and moral/spiritual values are emphasized within a loving, caring Christian atmosphere. We at GSCA desire to train students to manifest the following Biblical principles in their lives, both inside the classroom and out : Honesty, Order, Respect, Joyful Spirit, Obedience, Responsibility, and Self-Control.

God has blessed us with an outstanding team of teachers who are dynamic and creative communicators! He has also blessed us with precious young lambs whom He entrusts to us to develop into godly leaders who are academically strong. We would love for you to come check us out! Call and set up a time to take a tour and meet our staff.
